We have executed our hot-fix script across all staging and production environments, and have confirmed that access has been restored. All production sites should be accessible within the next few minutes. A post-incident review will be conducted and an RFO (Reason for Outage) report published by the end of next week. These reports are available from RizePoint Account Representatives. The IT team will continue to monitor all systems throughout the night to identify any isolated issues that may remain.

A hot-fix has been written and is being tested on internal servers. Some sites have already come back online but the auto-recovery is taking longer than it should. As soon as we’ve finished testing the hot-fix we will execute it and all production sites should come back online immediately.

Our IT team has been alerted to login problems for some customer sites. One of the domain controllers in our primary data center is not operating normally. We are working on a hot-fix and expect to have it applied within the hour.
